I’ve decided to start reviewing some of the great beers that the Pacific Northwest has to offer and plan on teaching myself as much as I can about the complex process of brewing, while developing my palate. Good beer has always been important to me but now I can share that with everyone else. Not all beers reviewed here will be from Oregon or Washington, but that’s usually what’s on tap. Cheers!
